Insurance / Vision Plans / Discount Plans
Medical Insurance:
We are participating providers with numerous medical insurance plans. Medical insurance plans usually cover exams for
office visits such as dry eye, abrasions, foreign body removal, glaucoma, cataracts and visual fields. Routine exams are
usually not covered by your medical insurance unless there is a medical diagnosis. If we are not a participating provider,
we can still offer you the services and fill out any forms that you will need for reimbursement.
Vision Plans:
Most employers now offer vision plans. Vision Plans usually cover routine eye exams. Some Vision Plans also offer a
benefit on glasses and/or contact lenses. You can call our office to see if we are an in-ne twork provider.
Discount Plans:
Discount Plans offer you a discount on your exam and on materials such as glasses and/or contacts. Since it is a discount
plan, usually no paperwork needs to be filed.
